Eastman Consulting Group is poised to become the search firm of choice for all of your critical Accounting, Financial, and Tax needs. Our President & CEO, Mike Eastman, CPC, has 14 years of highly successful and high volume search industry experience.
Mike began his career with what was at the time, one of the largest publicly held search firms in the nation, with offices in 5 major US cities. While there, his search and recruiting skills were demonstrated when he successfully negotiated 5 placements in a single day, a company record. Additionally, he was recognized repeatedly for his performance and achievements, and was selected for participation in the firms exclusive management development program.
He then joined an 18 month old search firm, and soon began to distinguish himself as both a recruiter and a leader. He was armed with award winning experience and a strong desire to teach and coach others to succeed. Most recently serving as President and Managing Partner of the Accounting, Financial, and Tax affiliate, Mike was one of the leaders as the holding firm became one of the Top 5 search firms in Houston and Top 10 in Texas. The firm also won an impressive four "Houston 100" Awards. During 8 full years under his leadership, he and his team of Recruiters were consistently at, or near the top in terms of performance.
During his career, Mike has produced and directed an impressive combined total of over $8.0 million in revenues. A proven
and recognized Search Professional, Mike has also produced and directed over 800 placements during his career.
He has received awards for "Outstanding Performance" from the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and "Outstanding Achievement" from the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants. Additionally, 5 members of his Search Team Staff were also recognized by both the TAPC & HAAPC, including those who ranked among the Top 50, Top 15, & Top 6 in the State of Texas. Mike is a Certified Personnel Consultant, and has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management, and an Associates of Applied Science in Management.
This latest venture, Eastman Consulting Group, will be a continuance of excellence, offering the same level of performance and professionalism that has marked the past 14 years.
